What is your cancellation / late policy?
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees:

No fee applies for cancellations made within 30 minutes of booking if the appointment has not yet been confirmed.

If cancelled after 30 minutes and within 12 hours of the appointment start time, the full service fee will be charged (non-refundable).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

No charge will apply if we successfully reschedule your booking with the same therapist.
Late Arrivals & Therapist Delays:

Clients arriving late will have a 20-minute grace period from their scheduled start time. After this, the appointment will be cancelled, and the full fee will apply.

If your therapist is late, you may wait up to 20 minutes. After this, you can cancel with a full refund.
Last-Minute Bookings (Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice):

Changes or cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of confirmation to avoid charges. After this window, cancellations will result in a full charge.
Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 48 hours (weekdays).

Credit card refunds may take 3–7 business days (varies by provider).

Debit card refunds typically take 3–4 business days.
