• What brand of regular / gel polish do you use?

Our top choice brands are OPI, CND, Essie, and DND gel and nail polishes. These brands are favoured because they are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, aligning with our commitment to ethical and sustainable beauty practices.

• What's the difference between gel and gel polish?

Essentially, gel nails are nail enhancements performed by applying faux nails over natural nails. They can cover the entire nail or be applied to the nail tip as extensions. Usually it is called 'Gel extensions'

In contrast, gel polish is a 'nail polish' made with gel which applies directly on the natural nail. This one is called 'Gel / Shellac polish'

Additionally they have totally different removal process. Gel polish does not cause any damage to the nail during both use and removal however we cannot say the same for gel extensions.

This can be very damaging for the nails.

• How long does gel / shellac polish last?

Depending on the type of nail and the way it is taken care of, this will vary. Gel / Shellac polish usually lasts between 10-15 days.
